The GrainDeck drive-over conveyor makes truck unloading quicker than ever with a 20” belt and capacity to move 12,000 bu/hr. The single-step positioning saves time, as trucks can pull right over it to unload and then quickly head back to the field.

• With the convenient single-set-up positioning, the GrainDeck drive-over conveyor makes the job easy. Once it's in place, drivers find it easy to line trucks up directly over the hoppers for unloading. The operator never has to reposition the conveyor or transfer.

• Brandt’s bunker kit allows you to hydraulically convert the GrainDeck and the 20-Series field belt conveyor to move in unison at 90 degrees to your grain pile. By simply hitting your hydraulic lever on the tractor and attaching cables you can move the unit alongside the bunker without having to unhook and reposition each piece separately.

• A spring-loaded, slack-side tensioner ensures constant belt tension by compensating for uneven loading across the rollers and maintains even belt tracking on the drive roller under all load conditions.

• Brandt's unique design keeps the GrainDeck low at only 5.75”, so fuel tanks and center-dump grain trailers can easily clear.

• Boasting a 38” x 118” hopper, trucks can easily drive over the GrainDeck. A spring-assisted lever makes it easy to raise and lower the hopper flaps. This is especially helpful with custom trucking or where truckers are under pressure to return quickly to the road or field.

• A fabric splash cover for open-top augers connects the auger to the GrainDeck to reduce grain splash. Please note that a double-tube GrainDeck is required for use with an open-top auger.
