The Brandt Excavator Mat Grapple is an extremely versatile tool used to load, unload and precisely place rig mats commonly used to get access and work in very remote areas. The grapple is designed with multiple features to ensure this job can be performed as efficiently as possible to keep you working and extend the important drilling season.

• Drive system utilizes sealed, flushed and hardened spline adapters along with massive pinion and rotation bearing gears.

• Innovative jaw design features two different types of jaws to perform various tasks. Blade side can be used to clean and scrape tops of mats to maintain smooth roads or ensure loaded clean to move to the next site. The jaw side features serrated replaceable tips to pry up stuck mats with ease to keep operations moving.

• Jaws are built extremely heavy duty and feature a very large envelope to pick and hold multiple mats to securely hold them with serrated teeth on both sides of the jaws, so operators can tip vertically to drain and clean vertically with ease.

• Hardened pins and bushings and a robust pin retention system for durability and less down time.
