With high-quality finishing capabilities, the Terra-Max is a hybrid tillage tool that provides exceptional versatility for various field conditions and weather patterns. The Terra-Max can take producers from vertical to conventional tillage and everything between for both fall and spring applications, addressing a wide variety of needs from sizing residue to finishing capabilities.

Featured on the Terra-Max is the new TurboSpeed™ blade, which achieves optimum soil penetration and break-out at faster operating speeds for impressive tillage results. The TurboSpeed blade was developed by combining some of the best features from the TurboBlade – used on our highly successful Turbo-Max® – and the SpeedBlade™ featured on our Velocity®.

The Terra-Max hybrid tillage tool stands ready to achieve exceptional agronomic results season after season. Now available in 10', 12', and 15', the Terra-Max fits even more operations with models up to 40'. The addition of Turbo-Seeder makes the Terra-Max the ideal solution for hay, forage, and livestock producers, or row crop operations.

• Create a seedbed-friendly finish, level soil and eliminate ruts, size and bury residue, and remove chemical-resistant weeds – all with this one, innovative tillage tool. This hybrid soil management solution gives producers the flexibility to easily adapt to ever-changing weather, seasonal, and soil conditions.

• By engineering the rolling spikes to work in a V-pattern, soil and residue are leveled better than ever before.

• By combining some of the best features from Turbo blade from our highly-successful Turbo-Max and SpeedBlade, featured on the Velocity, Great Plains has created the TurboSpeed blade. The TurboSpeed blade produces unrivaled tillage results by combining the Turbo-wave blade’s soil penetration and breakout capabilities with the scalloped profile of the SpeedBlade to drive the blade through the soil.

• Rolling spike harrows finish the work of the coulters to create a level seedbed. They are the attachment of choice for most applications. Chopper reels are the best solution for tough residue situations and help prevent viney residue from wrapping and plugging. They are designed to pin and bury residue, rather than rolling it back to the surface. Both are positioned between the blades and the finishing attachment.

• Achieve exceptional soil management, ground leveling, and residue control with adjustable front and rear coulter gangs. Front gangs adjust hydraulically from 0 to 8 degrees, while rear gangs adjust proportionally from 0 to 6 degrees.

• 7-lip seals on each side of the gang bearings lock in grease and prevent contamination. Additionally, the walking beam pivots utilize coated bushings, eliminating the need for tapered bearings and grease in pivot points. Drop axles pivot on anti-rotational pins, requiring no maintenance.

• Multiple rear hitch options in long, short, ball, and flex-tongue configurations are now available. The rear hitches complement the versatility of the Terra-Max by enabling cover crop, nutrient application, and other light-duty towed attachments. Choices include Cat. 3/4 cast; Cat. 5 cast; or Cat. 4 or Cat. 5 articulating bull pull hitch.
